Position: Advertising Sales Executive

Contract: Full-time

Work hours:  8.30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Hybrid from Atlanta, Georgia / Remote, North America

Remuneration: $150K annually including basic and commission

Role summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Exec to join our International Growth Team. Tagmarshal is changing the world of Golf Operations through data and has developed leading traction in the USA, Europe, Canada, the UK, and South Africa. Our Media Division, which offers clients advertising opportunities on Golf Cart screens, is looking for new members who will sell to US and and Canada advertising prospects.

We would love to hear from you if you demonstrate initiative, business development, negotiation, and closing skills and enjoy a high volume of virtual and telephonically targeted sales calls.

  • Achieve sales targets by selling advertising opportunities to regional and national SMEs
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by co-creating and following a trackable trained-for-process including prospecting, telephonic calls, business pitches, preparing quotes, value-driven follow-up, negotiating, and closing the deal
  • Provide clients with exceptional service, information, and feedback
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to daily sales activities. 
  • Understand the needs of direct clients and articulate the value of our advertising solution 
  • Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management 
  • Conclude long-term contractual negotiations
  • Attend partner and other events in the US as required
  • CRM logging and reporting


  • Experience in selling advertising solutions to a direct client base.
  • Experience in selling out-of-home media. 
  • Digital screen / placed-based media sales will be an advantage. 
  • US market telesales experience will be an advantage. 
  • Business development and cold calling experience 
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own success.
  • Function as a member of a team that moves quickly and prides itself on quality.
  • Interest in learning within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt to change. 
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Reliable internet at home for USA / after-hours calls 


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of Business Sales experience
  • 2-5 years of Advertising Sales experience
  • Experience with direct telesales 
  • Basic MS Excel skills
  • Experience in or passion for Golf advantageous
