We provide real-time reporting and analytics to continuously improve and optimize logistics for enterprises like Chandaria Industries, KFC and Simbisa Brands (behind Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, and Galitos).

Role summary:

We’re seeking a best-in-class Growth Lead to work directly with our executive team. You’ll drive 2-3 core strategic initiatives that will define Leta’s expansion and market positioning. This role is both strategic and hands-on—you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact on our growth trajectory.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with Leta’s business objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels for continued business growth.
  • Product & Customer Insights: Collaborate with product and sales teams to gather insights, refine offerings, and enhance the customer journey.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to track, measure, and optimize growth initiatives.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the COO, and other executive stakeholders to inform decision-making, set targets, and report on progress.

Requirements:

  • Big 4 / VC / PE Background: Proven track record in strategic analysis, financial modeling, or deal execution.
  • Startup Scaling: Demonstrated success growing early-stage startups in Africa from 1-10 across multiple emerging markets.
  • MBA (Preferably from an International Program): Strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and leadership.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable growth insights.
  • Effective Communicator: Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • High-Impact Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities, and delivering under tight deadlines.
