Role Name: Production Coordinator

Reporting to: Producer 

Location: Cape Town

 

Role summary:

The Production Coordinator takes the lead from the Production Manager in anything that is needed to run a successful project. The main focus of this role is in implementation. The array of requests from the Production Manager will be vast, covering all aspects of a project, and the Production Coordinator needs to be ready and assertive when implementing requests, making sure the company standards are being met and that the overall client experience is optimal.

 

KPI’s:

  • Liaising, booking and negotiating with suppliers
  • Manages options and confirmations of crew 
  • Model casting/ model confirmation/ IPAs /releases 
  • Call sheets, transport sheets and schedule
  • PA’s and Petty cash management
  • Assist Producer with shoot wrap up and recon
  • Assist with the office running, expenses and equipment 
  • VISAS, Hotel and flight bookings 
  • Research on destinations and presentations for pitches
  • Location folders and images
  • Ad-hoc tasks as needed
