We’re growing fast, and we need a strategic, relationship-driven Revenue Growth Manager to help us scale to the next level.

Role Overview:

As our Revenue Growth Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing a pipeline of direct clients and nurturing strategic agency relationships. You’ll work closely with the founders to build a scalable, high-performing sales function from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company and carve out a path to Head of Sales and an EXCO seat within two-three years. 

We’re looking for someone who loves farming and building long-term relationships but knows when to shift gears and hunt when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. 
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. 
  • Develop tailored, high-impact advertising solutions that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. 
  • Present and sell MotionAds’ OOH advertising offerings to decision-makers, with a consultative and relationship-driven approach. 
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee the necessary documentation to close deals efficiently. 
  • Identify growth opportunities within the existing client base while continually scouting new markets and prospects. 
  • Stay current with industry trends, particularly within OOH and transit media, and apply insights to enhance sales efforts. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. 
  • Represent MotionAds at industry conferences and events, serving as a brand ambassador and relationship builder.  
  • Take full ownership of the CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline visibility. 

Key Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in a direct sales role, preferably in OOH media, advertising, or a related industry. 
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage your time effectively. 
  • Results-Driven: A proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, meaningful relationships with clients. 
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of OOH and transit media, consumer engagement strategies, and marketing tactics. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRMs (Close, Monday.com), Microsoft 365, and common SaaS platforms for lead generation and sales operations. 
  • Growth-Oriented: A proactive thinker who can spot new opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet them.
