Role summary: 

Lead/ Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and drive the visual identity of our brand. Provide artistic direction and lead the design team in creating visually compelling and innovative designs.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide creative direction and guidance to the design team, ensuring consistency and excellence in design output.
  • Set design standards, style guidelines, and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, objectives, and target audience, translating them into creative design solutions.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative design approaches.
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of designers, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
  • Assign projects, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality design work.
  • Ensure designs are visually engaging, effective, and aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and other teams to integrate design strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Allocate resources, track project progress, and manage expectations with stakeholders.


  • Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design or related field
  • 8 years in related role

Technical Knowledge / Competencies:

  • Betting Markets: In-depth knowledge of various sports, including rules, teams, players, and competitions. Understanding of different betting markets and odds formats.
  • Betting Terminology: Familiarity with common sports betting terminology, including types of bets, betting markets, and betting jargon.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry analysis, and emerging trends in the sports betting industry.
  • Betting Platforms and Providers: Familiarity with different sports betting platforms, software providers, and third-party integrations commonly used in the industry.
  • Betting Marketing Strategies: Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to the sports betting industry, including customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs
  • Betting Industry Trends: Awareness of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging markets in the sports betting sector.
