Rose is originally from Uruguay and obtained her Honours degree in Psychology in Argentina. She has previously worked in Human Resources in the UEA and the UK, where she cemented her corporate exposure.
She settled in South Africa in 2013 and since then has been working with South African SME’s bringing the latest HR trends to a market that cannot afford the complete HR solution on a full time basis.

Stacee completed her BCom Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the end of 2019. Shortly thereafter, she joined Virtue HR Solutions as an intern, working closely with the team in various engagements. Stacee has been actively learning about the employee journey and the compliance aspects of HR in South Africa during her time with the company.

Margeri earned her BCom Honours in Human Resource Management and promptly joined Virtue HR Solutions as an intern at the end of 2022.

Elmori brings to the table over 25 years of hands-on experience as an HR generalist, gained in both local and international labor markets. This extensive background spans various industries, including retail, fintech, pharmaceuticals, business process outsourcing, publishing, sales, and distribution. Known for a highly structured and decisive approach, Elmori consistently applies thoughtful consideration to balance business objectives with employee needs.
With over 15 years in leadership roles, Elmori has effectively managed large teams of HR professionals. This leadership experience has been instrumental in ensuring a seamless HR service through strategic business partnering and the execution of talent strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences at the University of Cape Town, followed by the completion of a postgraduate LLB in 2007. He commenced his articleship with Lowneds Dlamini Attorneys and later with Schindlers Attorneys, where he acquired substantial knowledge in various legal fields. Subsequently, he transitioned into the role of an Industrial Relations Consultant for numerous companies and became the National Industrial Relations Manager for the CSC Group.
Drawing upon his expertise, a proven track record in arbitrations, and the provision of sound legal advice, Tim has successfully applied his skills to meet the specific needs of each client. He efficiently and effectively adds value to their requirements, all while avoiding the associated costs and constraints of a large law firm, reflecting his personal commitment to his clients’ needs.

Nooraan, an Honours graduate from the University of Cape Town, is driven to consistently enhance her HR knowledge and skills, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services to her clients. This commitment led her to enroll in a comprehensive UCT Getsmarter HR course, which she successfully completed in mid-2018. With firsthand experience working with SMEs across different industries in South Africa, Nooraan possesses a deep understanding of the business landscape and can easily identify and address the specific needs of SMEs.

Yusra holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development. Shortly after completing her education, she embarked on her journey into the realm of human resources by joining Virtue HR Solutions as an intern at the beginning of 2024.
