Role Name: Business Developer Manager 

Location: Dubai Creek

Employment: 2 year contract 

Working hours: 10:00 am- 06:00 pm

Salary: DOE + Closing Bonus + Annual Bonus + Commission

Role summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships within the Safe Deposits Industry based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within Banking/Financial Services, coupled with strong people management skills and an extensive network within the banking sector. This role requires a self-driven individual with a passion for financial services, fluency in Arabic, and the flexibility to travel within the region.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients 
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
  • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople 
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services

Requirements:

  • Must have B2B sales experience in Banking / Financial Services
  •  Must have people management experience 
  • Have good connections and network within the Banking industry
  • Candidate must have a passion for Banking / Financial Services and is self driven
  • European ethnicity , arabic is not essential
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and building strategic partnerships within the Banking / Financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel quarterly to other markets in the region, especially KSA & Qatar.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Proven record of sales growth 
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques 
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills 
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
