Role summary:
We are looking for a Junior Digital Content Creator to join our Design Team. Tagmarshal is changing the world of Golf Operations through data and has developed leading traction in the USA, Europe, Canada, the UK and South Africa. We are looking for a new member of the Design team who will support Operational and Marketing requirements, to create and edit video content and marketing assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary focus: creation of high-quality video content across multiple platforms.
- Secondary: Design marketing collateral and web content using both your creativity and existing templates, such as: social media banners, emails, Social and Display ads, Print ads etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts.
- Develop your designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Communicate clearly and defend your decisions.
- Push projects further than expected.
- Collaborate within a team setting to achieve the best possible results.
- Receive and enthusiastically address constructive feedback from the project stakeholders.
- Gain exposure to a variety of design and marketing work.
- Utilize provided templates for video and design projects.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques.

RELEVANT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree / diploma in Digital Video or Content advantageous.
- Proven experience in video production.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A creative portfolio showcasing your video work.
